Teaching at Latitudes – must incorporate some type of CrossFit after class for me!

I’m teaching tonight, but I can’t workout when I teach, nor should I. I have to do something after class.

 

A. Jerk – Technique Work + Loading
B. OHS / FS – EMOM x 8, 3 rep @65%
C. AMRAP 8
500/400m Row
Then,
6 Power Cleans (95/65)
6 Bar Lateral Burpees

ok – I def need an dictionary. OHS — overhead squat? fs — front squat?
