I just took a look at the WOD for Tuesday’s 7:30pm. I love that they have 7:30pm. It’s less intimidating, easier to get off campus, and I don’t mind getting home at 9pm.
When I first look at a WOD, I visualize what is achievable, what is going to be difficult and what is going to be “WTF, hope no one is watching.”.
I’m glad Brandon told me to start my blog and start measuring results. I’m glad I bribed Jeff into finally putting together my complicated pull-up bar and attaching it my door frame (he promised this weekend). I’m ecstatic about meeting other women like me wanting to eat healthier and sharing their ideas, recipes, ups/downs.
Fitness / Performance:
200m Run — can do this.
5 Power Cleans (heavy) — gotta remember what this is.
15 Abmat sit-ups (cup toe box) — can do this.
Row 250m — can do this.
8 T2B — must get stronger to do this successfully
25 Double Unders– must get technique down
15 No Push Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20) — wait. what?
10 Push-ups — must get stronger to do this successfully
